Lima USA Investments LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bring2Life mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
By using Bring2Life, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address and authentication details when you create an account.
- Photos and images: Images you upload to generate AR videos.
- Text prompts: Descriptions you enter to guide video generation.
- Purchase information: Records of in-app purchases (processed by Apple App Store and Google Play).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: Features used, generation history, session duration, app interactions.
- Camera access: Used solely for augmented reality (AR) image tracking and playback. Camera frames are processed in real time and are not stored unless you explicitly save or upload an image.
- Analytics data: Collected via PostHog to understand app performance and improve user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide AR photo animation and video generation features.
- Process and fulfill in-app purchases.
- Store your generated videos so you can replay them in AR.
- Improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Provide customer support.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Photos and Generated Content
When you create a video:
- Storage: Photos you upload and the videos generated from them are stored on our secure cloud servers (Supabase, hosted in the United States) to enable AR playback and access across your sessions.
- Third-party AI processing: Your photos and text prompts are sent to third-party AI providers — including Atlas Cloud, ByteDance (Seedance), and xAI (Grok) — to generate your video. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and data-retention practices, which we do not control.
- No sale of content: We do not sell your photos or videos to third parties.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your photos, videos, and account at any time by contacting support@limausainvestments.com.
4. Camera and AR Usage
- The App requests camera access to enable augmented reality features (recognizing images and overlaying videos).
- Camera frames are processed in real time for AR tracking.
- We do not record, store, or transmit live camera footage unless you explicitly capture and upload an image.
5. In-App Purchases and Payments
- In-app purchases (credit bundles) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or full payment details.
- We receive transaction confirmations to credit your account, managed via RevenueCat.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Atlas Cloud / ByteDance (Seedance) / xAI (Grok) — AI video generation.
- RevenueCat — in-app purchase management.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing.
- PostHog — analytics.
- Sentry — crash and error monitoring.

7. Advertising
We show ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads that grant free credits. Ads are served on a non-personalized basis — we do not use your advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps or websites. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads. See Google's policies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
8. Data Retention
- We retain your photos and generated videos for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- You may request deletion at any time.
- Analytics and crash data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form.
9. Deleting Your Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, uploaded photos, generated videos, and remaining credits. You may also email us to request deletion.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California Residents (CCPA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
EU/UK Residents (GDPR)
You have the rights described above. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent, and our legitimate interests in improving the App.
11. Children's Privacy
Bring2Life is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@limausainvestments.com.
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on our database, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
